By booking an appointment, visiting our website at healing-massage-spa.com, or using any services provided by Healing Massage & Spa (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Healing Massage & Spa provides professional massage therapy and spa services at 20812 Baker Road, Castro Valley, CA 94546. Services are provided by licensed massage therapists and are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only.
Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician before booking a massage.
Appointments may be booked online at healing-massage-spa.com or by calling (510) 571-4117. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate personal information including your name and phone number.
A therapist will be assigned to your appointment. If you have a therapist preference, you may request one at the time of booking, subject to availability.
By providing your phone number when booking, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Healing Massage & Spa regarding your appointment. This program includes:
Message frequency: Typically 2-3 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For the safety of our clients and staff, please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services based on health or safety concerns.
Please do not book an appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a contagious condition, or have a fever.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and cash. Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
Healing Massage & Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
Healing Massage & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings on our premises. Please secure your valuables before your appointment.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.
